studio space

Does anyone know where a band can rent some affordable studio space to practice in the BG / Toledo area? The sound would obviously be very loud, so it would have to be a decent place where we're not gonna run into any trouble with neighbors/ law. please contact me at cgood@bgsu.edu if you know of anything.
