Last Call (please read)
There's no easy way to say this, so I guess I'll just say it.
treysuno is breaking up.
We tried really hard to make it work, living in different cities, pursuing professional lives, etc., etc. We weren't really growing as a band anymore, simply because we didn't have the time to devote to it. It's hard to stay excited about playing the same 12 songs over and over, and it was becoming less and less realistic that we'd ever have the time to make it work.
The hardest part about breaking up won't be anything musical: we just genuinely like each other as people, and now it'll be tougher to be friends without having the common purpose bringing us together. We've experienced a lot as a band and those memories will turn into the stories that we'll tell our kids and grandkids. I guess I'll miss the strobelights…
We've got two shows left on the schedule, and they'll be our last. Friday, November 9th, 2007 at Howard's Club H in Bowling Green, Ohio (the bar of our birth) and Saturday, November 10th, 2007 at The Beat Kitchen in Chicago, Illinois. We really hope you can make it to one or both of these shows. We want to be able to say "goodbye" and "thanks" in the proper way. Until then Douglas Adams will have to do:
"So long, and thanks for all the fish…"

I may be a bit biased butt I will miss Treysuno. Great songs, great peoples.
i'm sure you anonymous haters won't step up and answer this question, but i'm just curious why you dislike treysuno as much as you do. i'm assuming it's because you dance around in your mom's underwear in front of a mirror while listening to kevin federline, but i'm willing to be proven wrong...

why we dislike treysuno: they play the same terrible songs at every show, they have a totally unoriginal sound, the members are unpleasant to watch, the band name is dumb, the long awaited cd is a rehash of the same terrible songs they were playing 10 years ago, the singer is an arrogant prick who alone would be the reason to hate the band if the music was any better. so "goodbye" and "thanks" for breaking up the band. it's about time.
actually, i take criticism pretty well. i just wanted some of you to give it, as opposed to snarky one-liners.
thanks for actually answering. i think by and large your criticisms are subjective, not objective, but you're entitled to your opinions. the people who sang along to the same songs for 8 years (not 10), watched us swing from the rafters at our shows, waited eagerly for our cd, and got to know us as people probably don't share your views.
another thing i always wanted to know: you folks who love to bash treysuno, what bands (local or otherwise) do you like?

Why did Stylex break up? The other projects that the members of the band did were not nearly as good.
No offense, but Stylex had a lot better energy than Wee, and the side project that their guitarist started too.
